The second thing was how the servers kept coming to our table asking if we were finished with the food when we still had plates filled with food. She was giving us a lot of attitude when taking our order and interacting with us as if looking down on us for being college students and chinese. Usually, I don't bother to write a review for a restaurant but this one was so bad I just had to let people know about this. Do go here to take pictures and ride the elevator. But whatever on par with something like Applebees, not what I was expecting.ĭon’t go here to eat. I’m not going to complain about the food. Needless to say everything was a failure. Our entree was re-brought out cold (at least after appetizers and salad this time). Of course nothing was split and extra plates didn’t come until much later, side dishes and sauces were missing even after multiple requests, and constantly having to flag down waiters instead of being asked how we were doing or even the basic sense of the service staff paying attention. The entree came out before any of the other food, which confused us and we said it wasn’t ours, as we had just put in our order and hadn’t received the other items. We were splitting (and said we’d like the kitchen to plate the split) an appetizer a salad and an entree for the adults and 3 kids meals (kids meals not split). Never got place settings, water or silverware until after our food was served. It took a long time, but eventually we were able to flag down a waiter to get menus. Whatever at least it was outside with beautiful atmosphere. Eventually they sat us at the bar area… but at a table for 4 (yes you read that right… apparently they can seat at a table for 4 in the first come first serve area) and at a much smaller table than the dining tables. We said the children take less space than adults and we’d be comfortable at a table for 4, but they refused. She told us those were only for parties of 4 or for VIPs. She insisted there would be no other tables despite us pointing to several. We asked to move, which was taken by the hostess with a distressed sigh. Upon arrival we were seated at a long narrow table in what could only be described as a wine cellar with barely enough room to move our seats without bumping other customers. weeks in advance for 2 adults and 3 small children. We were very excited to have a nice meal here and had made reservations several.
